Grilled Honey Soy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    In shallow nonmetallic dish, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, lemon pepper, ginger and garlic powder; set aside.
    Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap, pound until 1/2 inch thick; place in marinade.
    Cover; refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
    At serving time, remove chicken from marinade, reserve marinade.
    Place chicken on uncovered grill directly on medium hot coals.
    Grill 10 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning chicken once.
    During last 2 minutes, brush with reserved marinade.
