Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed or chopped steak
    oil
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder or 3 beef bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    soy sauce to taste
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 green and 1 red pepper
Preparation
    Brown cubed or chopped steak and put in crock-pot.
    Brown in oil the onion and garlic.
    Add bouillon and water and bring to boil.
    Add cornstarch; stir until clear glaze.
    Add soy sauce to taste, celery and pepper.
    Simmer in crock pot.
