Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced (about 2 1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute zucchini and onions in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.
Place in a buttered 1 1/4-quart casserole.
Combine cheeses, salt, oregano and pepper.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
