Salmon Patty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 3/4 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
    25 soda crackers or 1 c. dry dressing mix
    2 eggs, stirred in
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    black pepper and garlic powder to taste
    1/4 c. milk (if too dry)
Preparation
    Pam hands before making patties (easier).
    Fry patties in 1/4-inch oil until crusted.
    Microwave 55 seconds to ensure egg is well cooked inside patty.
    Serve with lemon wedge or white sauce.
