Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped olives
    1 pkg. beef slices, chopped
    sour cream
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; shape into a ball.
    Ice with sour cream. Set in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
    Take out 1/2 hour before serving for softness.
    Ball stays up to 2 weeks.
    Can be frozen (but do not ice).
    Serve with crackers.
