Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium sweet red pepper
1 medium cucumber
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium red onion
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
Preparation

If you use the blender to chop the vegetables, cover them with a small amount of water before the blending.
Drain them well before mixing with remaining ingredients.
