Ginger Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground mace
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground ginger
vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream margarine; gradually add 2/3 cup sugar, beating at medium speed until lightly fluffy.
Add molasses and egg; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and mace. Gradually add to creamed mixture; stir well.
Divide dough in half. Wrap each portion in plastic wrap; freeze for 30 minutes.
