Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. container Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine jello and boiling water.
Cool until lukewarm.
Using an electric mixer, blend in softened cream cheese.
Add Cool Whip and blend with a spoon.
Finally, add drained pineapple.
Pour salad into mold and close the cover.
Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
To unmold, leave it on the counter for 15 minutes, then place in water for 20 seconds.
Take cover off and invert on a plate.
