Ingredients

3/4 c. white Karo
3/4 c. brown sugar
12 oz. peanut butter
5 c. Special K cereal
Preparation

Heat Karo and brown sugar on stove.
Stir to dissolve sugar, but do not let it bubble.
Remove from stove and add peanut butter, stirring to mix well.
Pour over Special K cereal and mix well. Butter a 9 x 12-inch pan.
With hands buttered also, pat mixture into pan.
