Colonial Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses; mix.
    Add eggs and milk; mix thoroughly.
    Pour mixture onto unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
