Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. flour
4 heaping tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix margarine, oil and eggs well.
Add to dry ingredients. Add zucchini.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chips over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
