Ingredients

1 c. margarine (soft)
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. soda
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift flour, soda and salt and mix well.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Stir in coconut and flavoring.
