Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. pecans, chopped medium fine
    4 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dust raisins and nuts with flour.
    Bake in 3 cake pans at 300\u00b0 until cake leaves side of pans.
