Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut peppers in halves lengthwise; seed, wash and drain. Combine remaining ingredients; use to stuff pepper cases.
    Place in shallow greased pan and add water to depth of 1 inch.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour.
