Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1 tsp. garlic
    salt
    pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix eggs and Italian dressing in medium bowl.
    Mix flour, sage, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl.
    Skin chicken; dip in medium bowl, then dip in large bowl.
    Place in heated oil over medium heat; brown on both sides to desired crispiness.
    Place in baking pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
