Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening (Crisco)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco and add yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Turn out on floured board, roll to 1/4-inch thickness, let raise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
