Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. kidney beans
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a 2-quart glass casserole dish.
    Add ground beef and onion.
    Cook with microwave 4 to 5 minutes, stirring several times.
    Cook until all pink has left the meat and chopped onion is limp.
    Add flour and stir well to combine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
