Southwest Hot Green Chili Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green bell peppers (boil 5 minutes), peel and cut
    3 green chili peppers or 4 small cans chopped peppers
    1 small onion
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped fine
    4 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream or evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Chop onion and peppers; saute in butter.
    Blend in flour and other ingredients.
    Add chicken and chicken stock; bring to a boil.
    Simmer until smooth.
    Add cream or milk.
    Heat, then add sour cream.
    (I add a few pieces of cut red, dry, chili peppers.)
