Canned Peppers And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers
    shredded cabbage
    1 qt. water
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 qt. sugar
    1 tsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and clean insides of peppers.
    Cover peppers with hot water 15 minutes.
    Bring water, vinegar and sugar to boil.
    Drain peppers and pack with shredded cabbage in hot jars.
    Put 1 teaspoon salad oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint.
    Pour hot solution over peppers and seal.
