Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix as listed.
Mixture will be coarse.
Bake in tube or Bundt pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
