Ingredients

1 lemon, cut in half
1 1/2 c. Heinz ketchup
1 small jar honey Dijon mustard
2 c. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Wright's liquid smoke
1/2 c. sugar or more for personal taste
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. white horseradish
2 large jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Place ketchup and both types of mustards (yellow and Dijon) in a medium saucepan.
Add salt, black pepper and sugar; mix well. Add liquid smoke and stir again.
Blend the horseradish and the jalapeno peppers in a blender with the vinegar.
Blend for 1 minute until all ingredients are liquefied, then add to sauce. Squeeze the lemon juice directly into the pan, then add whole lemon to mixture.
Blend well with other ingredients.
