Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 boxes cherry, cranberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

                            Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Add cranberry sauce, drained pineapple (save juice) and pecans. Mix well and pour 1/2 into 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish. Chill until firm. Cream cheese 1/4 to 1/3 cup pineapple juice and mayonnaise together and pour over mixture. Cover with remaining Jell-O mixture and chill. May use 1/2 of 8 ounce tub of Cool Whip with cream cheese, pineapple juice and mayonnaise.
