Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 envelope Lipton vegetable soup mix
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream (light)
1/2 c. mayo (light)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry)
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Stir in package of spinach and chestnuts to first 4 ingredients.
Chill.
Makes 3 cups.
