Stir-Fried Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil or more as needed
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. light sesame oil
Preparation
    Dip asparagus into large pot of salted boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Then put asparagus into basin of icy water. When cool, pat dry.
    Toast sesame seed until slightly brown.
