Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 oz. diced chilies
2 squeezes of lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Peel avocados and remove seed.
Set seed aside.
Mash avocados and add lemon or lime juice.
Stir in other ingredients.
Place seed in center of dish to prevent browning.
