Crock-Pot Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cans Shoe Peg corn, drain off water
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut up
    1 stick butter or margarine, cut up
    3/4 c. milk, mixed with 3 Tbsp. flour to thicken
    10 to 12 slices jalapeno pepper
    black pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on high 2 hours.
