Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Saute celery in butter until tender; add drained corn (keep 2 tablespoons of liquid) and heat until warmed through.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and reserved corn liquid and fold into corn mixture.
Place turkey in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with corn mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0.
