Dutch Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix by hand butter and sugar; add flour.
    Mix very good by hand.
    Butter the pan lightly (9 x 13-inch).
    Press dough in pan. Prick it with a fork.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done. Cut right away.
    Let cool.
