Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. chunky salsa
1 c. sweet corn
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby/Monterey Jack
Preparation

Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
Layer half meat mixture, top with half chips, then cheese.
Repeat meat, chips
and cheese layer.
Use 2-quart casserole.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
May use 2 cups cooked chicken, instead of beef.
