Lindberg Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium size cabbage heads
8 carrots
8 red or green peppers
1/2 c. salt
3 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
6 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Grind all vegetables in food chopper; add salt.
Let stand 2 hours.
Drain and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Requires no cooking.
Does not have to be sealed.
Use in salads with mayonnaise, if desired.
