Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sweet potatoes
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 lb. butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    wash
    potatoes; slice and cook until tender. Cream potatoes,
    sugar,
    butter
    and eggs; add vanilla, salt, baking powder,
    milk
    and\tflour.\tBake in 9-inch pie shell at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
