Pat'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    grated medium onion
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    garlic salt to taste
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix
    well.
    Form balls.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Chill. Roll in chopped pecans.\tSlice and serve as on crackers.
