Chicken Breasts With Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillets
salt and pepper to taste
flour
oil
4 slices pineapple
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour to coat. Cook chicken in oil in skillet until tender; drain.
Arrange pineapple slices on chicken breasts.
Melt margarine in saucepan; stir in cornstarch.
Add pineapple juice gradually.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over chicken.
Serves 4.
