Sausage-Cheese Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Fry sausage until crumbly and brown; drain well.
Add all ingredients except onions; mix well.
Stir in 1/2 onions.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
