Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 c. frozen blackberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Melt butter and pour into pan.
    Make batter with next 3 ingredients and pour over butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
