Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

13 c. pears
10 c. sugar
1 medium can crushed pineapple
3 lemons or 3 Tbsp. ReaLemon

Preparation

Shred pears, not too small, or cut small with knife.
Cook pears, sugar, pineapple and lemon on medium heat until the juice gets clear looking and boiling.
Put into jars and seal.
