Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cream of coconut
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. cheese cake instant pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened flaked coconut, thawed
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Stir together first three ingredients. Press mixture evenly in bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
