Rice, Cauliflower And Broccoli Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Remove outer green leaves of cauliflower and break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Wash thoroughly and set aside.
    Remove broccoli stalks and separate broccoli into flowerets; wash thoroughly. Combine cauliflower, broccoli, onions, rice, cheese and bacon; toss gently.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables.
    Toss gently; cover and chill overnight.
    Serves 6 to 8.
