Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
    Add the next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles in a large amount of water until tender.
    Drain; rinse.
    Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and add to meat sauce.
    Place half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread with half of the meat sauce mixture.
    Sprinkle half the Mozzarella cheese over this and then repeat with the noodles, sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares. This will allow time for the filling to set slightly.
    Makes 15 servings.
