Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    3 c. peeled, ground zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and mix with oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together and add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
    Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans, filled 2/3 full, one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
