Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. pecans
1/4 c. black walnuts
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs and oil. Stir until moistened.
Do not use mixer.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple and nuts.
Add bananas.
Spoon into 3 greased and floured round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until tested done.
Cool 10 minutes.
