Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. smoked salmon, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, blend all ingredients until well mixed.
    Shape into a ball.
    If mixture is too soft to hold shape, refrigerate several hours.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with Pepperidge Farm cracked wheat crackers.
