Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 T. + 2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except berries until moistened. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Stir in drained berries. Spread batter into two 9-inch cake pans.
