Apple Peanut Butter Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. quick oats
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
6 to 8 medium size apples
Preparation

Cut butter and peanut butter into combined oats, flour, sugar and salt.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
Spoon peanut butter mixture over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Serve hot or cold with cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
