Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Knead dough; roll thin.
Let stand for 2 or 3 hours.
Boil gently in chicken broth for 20 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup sweet milk.
