Mel'S Louisiana Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add cold water.
    In a large skillet, heat two inches of oil. Dip shrimp in batter.
    With fork, put shrimp in hot oil, one at a time.
    Cook 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve and eat hot.
