Hawaiian Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken, cooked and boned
    1/4 c. onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked as directed on box
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Bone chicken in small pieces.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour, curry powder and salt.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add 8 3/4 cups of broth and return to heat.
    Stir constantly until sauce is thickened.
    Pour over rice.
