Smoked Salmon Spread(Servings: 24) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. light Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Have cream cheese at room temperature.
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Blend first seven ingredients in a mixer.
    Stir in salmon, celery and onion.
    Yields about 3 cups (24 servings at 65 calories per serving).
