Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. American or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/8 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Finely grate the cheese.
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend together with fingers until smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Take chilled mixture and form into 1/2-inch size balls.
    Place on baking sheet and chill for 1/2 hour.
    Place baking sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
