Cheddar Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. precooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. peas, drained
    2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    milk
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Fluff cooked rice with fork and spread into greased baking dish.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix with rice. Spread peas over rice.
    Top with turkey.
    Blend soup with milk to thin.
    Pour evenly over turkey.
    Sprinkle crumbs over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
